"To Those Who Like Good Food: I can't remember the last time I set the oven to 350 degrees, reached for the 4 quart stewing pot, tore some aluminum foil from the 100 metre roll in the cupboard or worried endlessly about what to serve for lunch or dinner. 'Gourmet on the Go', located at 316 Lakeshore Road East in the Village of Port Credit, City of Mississauga, has a cornucopia of wonderful entrées, spreads, gourmet salads, hardy soups and a 'Hot Table' that makes my trip home for dinner one of the best journeys of the day. For what seems an eternity, I have chosen 'Gourmet on the Go' for my business requirements and personal needs. If you want to indulge; if you want quality; then I recommend 'Gourmet on the Go'. "I recently used Gourmet on the Go to cater a cocktail party for my husband's 50th birthday party at our home. Working with Deborah to choose the menu and work out the details made the planning effortless and stress free. Her experience in catering many kinds and size of events is evident. As well, she had many creative suggestions which would guarantee that this party would "out of the ordinary". The service staff who consisted of Amanda, Pearl and Charles took over as soon as they arrived. They made sure that all the guests were well served and looked after throughout the evening and that everyone got to sample the fabulous hot and cold appetizers and beverages of choice. They were professional, courteous and attentive and ensured everything ran smoothly. The highlight of the evening had to be the dim sum bar. The foods were steamed and served in authentic bamboo baskets, accompanied by sauces and chopsticks of course. Everyone raved about how delicious and unique that was. Thanks to Gourmet on the Go, it was wonderful to be a guest at my own party. And finally, the added bonus at the end of the evening was that there was no clean-up for me to do. If you are planning an event and are looking for a caterer who is innovative, professional, easy to work with and most importantly - consistently produces fabulous food, I highly recommend Gourmet on the Go. You won't be disappointed."

very special occasions this year -- two large family reunions and my daughter's
wedding. The whole experience was superior to other services - including
the planning of the menu, the preparation and presentation of the appetizers,
the main course and deserts. The well groomed and qualified staff made
the difference in keeping our guests happy. The final clean up after the
events was also outstanding. I did not need to clean up my kitchen! All
